When I first shot Lexi Belle in a bimbofication movie (see my Steve Steele Presents store #6466) she did a bimbo voice that was spot on Harley Quinn, and I knew I had to bring her back for this movie. Rechristened Haley Quince (for parody purposes) she plays the J.I.S.M. Girls' psychiatrist, and runs a clinic that tries to rehabilitate super villains. Dr. Steele catches wind of this and sends the Funster there to "fake" a psychosis and subdue Haley.
