When Code Enforcer Dick went to the next place on his list, little did he know what he was in for. When he went to Saharra's lair, he immediately found numerous violations that he was going to have to report. Saharra was having no part of that, and proceeded to wrestle him to the ground and subdue him. By the time Dick realized what was happening, he was all tied up and Saharra started enforcing her code on him!
