Another crime streak has Spandcity baffled, The Wasp is threatening to release a swarm on the city now its up to Captain Liberty and Wonder Girl to stop his evil plan! Lurking in the Old "Foam-All", Foam factory, the Wasp first captures Captain Liberty in a sticky web trap, coated with a very stimulating substance which brings him down tangled and stuck in his web.
