Our story opens with Atomic Man has entering an old warehouse, after following a lead from an unknown source, saying that they had last seen Fly Man outside days ago. The spandex clad avenger enters, hoping to find the where abouts of the buzzing Fly. Our hero cautiously lurks around before he finds himself confronted by a black cloaked, bluish creature. Before he can react, the blue fiend sprays a sticky stringy webbing at our hero. The sticky fibers turn rock hard and Atomic Man as he struggles to escape it's tight grip!
