Our Story opens in the hideout of the evil Dr Paste'O, who is in the process of plotting a take over of Spandcity. The mayor sent the duo of Fly Woman and Fly Girl to attempt stop him, but the diabolical doctor is one step ahead of the Mayor and has trapped them behind closed doors in a giant glue like blob. The villain watches in delight, on a closed circuit monitor, laughing at the mayor's foiled attempt.
