I have my Hookah and I'm direct inhaling all the thick creamy smoke directly into my lungs. It is fun to deep inhale directly like this...I can feel all the smoke totally fill my lungs and you will see my chest rise and rise as I inhale. The exhales are huge and I love how it looks streaming out of my mouth...it is so thick. The room is filling up with smoke because there is so much smoke. I even cough a couple of times. You have to see me enjoying my smoke like this!!!!
