Twix is new to the cheerleading squad and captain JC is going to make sure she is ready. Since Twix is so small she will definitely be a flyer which means JC and her will have to get quite comfortable with JC lifting her.

JC starts with some basic lifts, but they end up up with Twix on her shoulders riding around.
