Two hot soldiers - Sexycoach and Tombard - are hazing a fresh cadet, turning him into their toy and foot slave. First they make him lick their military boots, then they wipe their sweaty army socks all over his face, making sure he gets used to their scent as he will be under their feet a lot. Finally, they make him lick their bare feet and rub them. At the end, the newbie soldier gets a little revenge by tickling his superiors' bare feet for a few minutes - but he's certainly only asking for more punishment to come later.
