As my weight climbs my health and mobility continue to decline. As such, I can't be bothered to do simple every day things anymore. Who wants to shower when just walking to the bathroom is utterly exhausting? Even with my oxygen tank such exertion leaves me struggling to catch my breath. My home health care aids warn me that if I continue down this path it's going to put me in an early grave. I can't stop, I'm too far gone.
