I'm in so much trouble! It's time to go back to work, and I can no longer fit into my uniform. It's not as if it's just a little tight either; my fat is completely overflowing everywhere! This shirt once covered my belly; now it looks like a crop top, and these shorts, now they look like panties! It's absolutely lewd. There's no way I can go back to being a nurse. Who would take health advice from me?!
