Two boys are sent to see the Head Girl for bullying the juniors and looking up senior girls skirts on the stairs, one naturally blames the other for misleading him. Head Girl pays no heed to their little foibles, taking them in turn over her knee she administers a hand spanking, before using a leather paddle on their errant backsides.
