The local tax inspector pays a visit to a business lady. thinking he has managed to catch her out with his own scam, the tables are soon reversed and he finds himself in the red. Unaware that she can prove irrevocably that her book keeping is upto date and fully paid. He wanders into her office unannounced demanding money with his condescending attitude. F/m
