1. Sarah in hot pants, bare legs and high heeled boots. She starts with a shoulder sitting lift in a deep squat position trying to push him upwards. She misunderstood, I did not ask her to stand up, but she tries and fails (short trial). Then she gives him a long upstairs piggyback ride. However first time she takes the steps too fast and sinks down. Then she does it again and carries him up to the top (POV shot from the position of the rider). She is struggling and breathing harder and harder the longer the ride lasts. Afterwards she is pretty exhausted, you can see it in her face.

2. Sarah in tight jeans and flip flops at another location. She was a bit unsatisfied with herself last time and wants to show him, that she can manage the stairway challange much better. Piggyback upstairs and downstairs (extern shot). Then upstairs once again (POV shot). No problem, ... really? Definitely easy carrying this time, no problem for her.

3. Sarah in nylons, skirt and flats. She starts with piggyback and shoulderride (extern shot). Then piggyback POV shot, she runs with him a couple of meters. After that she carries him 2 times upstairs over an even longer stairway. One time extern shot and one time POV shot and of course she struggles and breathes heavily at the end, you see it. Finally a shoulderride POV shot, Sarah gives everything and is pretty tired at the end. I tried to make her laugh again and fortunately she smiled.

4. Sarah tries to stand up with him from the edge of a bed. She needs several trials before she succeeds with a little bit help from him. She is groaning a lot during this challenge, after standing up she carries him a few meters and lets him down again.
