"Nadia is alone at home, preparing food or eating in the kitchen. About a minute in, she pops a piece of food in her mouth and begins to choke.
At first she just coughs, trying to get the food out herself. She hits her chest, grabs her throat, etc. When it becomes clear that she can’t easily get it out, her panic becomes more obvious. She hits her chest harder and pushes her stomach while she coughs and gags loudly, then pushes against the counter or a chair to try and give herself the Heimlich. At one point during this, she removes her shirt/bra to try and give her chest more breathing room. This goes on for several minutes as she is panicking harder and is in clear dismay. During this she is still lively but panicked.
Around the 5 minute mark, her roommate Akira comes home to find Nadia in dismay in the kitchen. It is quick for Nadia to realize what is happening. She immediately tries to hit Nadia’s back, trying to encourage her to cough it up. Akira having words of panic and dismay would be great. (Something like “Cough it up! Spit it out!” etc.)
After a minute or two of trying to hit her back, Akira begins giving Nadia the Heimlich. Gentle at first like she’s worried about hurting Nadia, but Nadia panics and encourages her to work harder. Akira gives her more exaggerated heimlichs, lifting her up a bit and causing more coughs and chokes. Nadia is starting to grow delirious and struggling to stay conscious after so long without air. If some (but not all) of the heimlich thrusting can look sexual in nature, that would be great. If it is possible to “naturally” get Nadia’s bottoms to be removed, such as through friction of the Heimlich or for another reason given by the characters, that would be wonderful.
Towards the end, Nadia loses strength and slips to the ground. She is still conscious, but just barely. Akira straddles her and presses against her abdomen a few times, begging her to stay awake and remain conscious. Finally, Nadia coughs up the food and dramatically gasps for air, coughing and taking strained breaths. Akira helps her catch her breath and holds her gently as the scene comes to a close."
