Lucy is tiny blonde beauty and blowing to pop Sempertex 18" purple balloon turned out to be a real challenge. She drove out of town and blows it near the car. The balloon is difficult to blow and Lucy is working hard to inflate it. The balloon turns out to be much larger than she thought, so she stops a few times.
