Gretchen comes to work in flip-flops... causing her boss to flip out. During his tirade, a clearly irritated Gretchen decides enough is enough. She takes out her shrinking spray, which she had been saving for the right opportunity. Next thing we know, her boss is bug-sized, and Gretchen is about to take a stand on the office rules.
