She has her slave all wrapped up under her. She sits and smothers him while eating before going out to the club to go dancing and getting all sweaty and maybe meet someone to bring back at the end of the night. She talks about how she might bring them home and get together all while her slave is stuck wrapped up underneath them. Also while she is eating she lets a few farts slip out into her slave's nose, so she can get them all out before going to the club.
