Steve finds himself on the rack with leather restraints on his wrists and ankles. Anna cranks the winch and Steve's arms are pulled above his head. Once his hands are stretched, Catherine and Anna begin tickling him. They tickle his sides, belly, ribs and underarms. Then they move to his bare feet. After the girls tickle his feet for a bit, Catherine moves back up to tickling his upperbody while Anna continues tickling his feet. The only thing Steve can do is take what the girls are dishing out!
