After a couple of years, Charlee is back. This time, she has her new man on the rack. The clip starts off with Charlee cranking the winch, pulling his arms securely above his head. Then, she tickles him for the remainder of the clip. She taunts him throughout as well. He isn't excruciatingly ticklish, but he is indeed ticklish, and this definitely makes for a very good F/M tickling clip. She tickles his feet a couple of times, but this clip is mostly an upperbody clip.
