Samara has been dealing with a bit of constipation and it's really causing problems. She is trying to avoid enemas, suppositories and laxatives, as they can become a problem of their own. So, she takes advice from a friend to sit on the toilet and pretend to be relieving herself that way.

It takes a bit, as things begin to move down to her colon, but eventually the trick works and she fills the diaper to capacity. Now she just has to wait for a diaper change...
