This couple has been into my office in the past for disagreements because they know I do things a bit different than other therapists would. Today will prove to be no different. I listen to to each side and decide that a punishment is in order for the behavior that is being presented to me today. He has been withholding the truth from her about his spending and she had to find out in a most unfortunate way, and she was completely publicly embarrassed and wants things set straight.
