Chelsea is really freaking ticklish. I mean wow. And she really loves being tied up. Sooooo we decided we should hogtie her "Tightly" like she personally asked for and tickle her silly. Being tied up and unable to move made her a million times more ticklish than without. And Kalesie loved every minute of it! She started off slow like always, tickling Chelsea all over.
