Watch with caution...

i've woken up this morning and i feel extreme grumbling and stabbing pains in my stomach, i'm not sure why i'm suffering so much but i go to the toilet and for the first 30 seconds im on the verge of crying. Instantly it starts dropping out, making extreme mess and loud noises.. i'm pushing and pushing and it wont stop, the constant plop plop plop. The smell becomes unbearable and my ass feels like its been ripped to pieces, i wonder how long i'll continue to suffer for when i wake up each morning?
