Sioux Sinner smokes two of her beloved Newport 100 menthols in a double-barrel fashion, side by side, giving herself twice the smoke with each drag. She pulls in large amounts of thick menthol smoke, dangling the cigarettes from her lips and sucking the puffs of smoke deep into her chest, letting it gently rise from her mouth and roll over her lips.
