There is nothing wrong with some self pampering, especially after a long day walking around in high heels. Right before bed, Sioux likes to pamper her sore feet with some thick creamy foot lotion. She glides the lotion over the tops of her feet, around her long red toe nails, and in between each toe and she wiggles them to wind down.
