Sioux has restless, fidgety feet. She's wearing a pair of sandal flats, that she's dangling from her toes and slapping against her heels. Finally, she realizes what she needs. Her feet slip out of the sandals so she can apply a luxurious coat of lotion to her already silky soft feet. She rubs it into the tops of her feet, her soles, and down in between her toes.
