Surrounded by tons of balloons I've almost finished blowing them all up! I'm a little lightheaded to start with but once I start smoking too it really does me in. Each inhale really makes my lungs ache. My head is so light and fuzzy, and towards the end, I start getting a small cough that gradually grows into a nasty one by the time I put the cigarette out.
