For the first time since I quit smoking I woke up really craving a cigarette. I didn't want to do anything before I had one. So I ran out to the balcony, Marlboro Red 100s in hand and sat down to have desperately wanted cigarette. I didn't bother to put on makeup, change out of pajamas, brush my hair, or take of my glasses first. I just really wanted that cigarette!
