Holly is trapped, bound in leather restraints. Dressed for the beach in bare feet, bikini top and shorts, instead she's made to struggle in a U-shaped armbinder (a Bishop bag) and her ankles and knees strapped together in wide black leather straps. The Bishop bag makes her arms useless – she can’t reach or grab anything. The leg straps seem to make her legs only able to be used as one single limb.
