Joy's auditioning for a part in a movie continues. She just spent the whole night tied spreadeagle to a bed in the name of getting the part. She is exhausted. When she finally wakes up from the previous position, she's in her lingerie, tied face down to the bed. Her wrists are roped behind her back.
