The collar buckled around her neck is padlocked to an adjustable spreader bar, which is then padlocked to the leather cuffs tight around her ankles. Her wrists are also in leather cuffs which are locked to the D-ring in the bar. Somehow Joy manages to struggle, but with the collar locked to her feet, there's not much she can do.
