Kylie has no need for toilet paper. When she needs to go to the bathroom she can just call over one of the slaves to help her. She gets him to watch while she's going so she can humiliate him about how filthy and disgusting he is. This just serves to get him worked up so that when she needs him to clean her, he is ready to go. She has him lick her thoroughly from the front and the back before she sends him on his way.
