I just got a new pair of boots with a nice pointed heel for stabbing and long, pointy sole for crushing, so I thought I'd try them out by working over a couple of pastries. The chocolate rolls lose, of course, as pastry is no match for a hard boot squishing. They flatten and stick to my boots...BAD!!
