Jacob sneaks some money from his older step-brother. When Jesse finds out about it, he ties Jacob to the bed and tickles him a lot. Jesse says he won't set Jacob free until he tells where the money is. Even after getting what he wanted, Jesse keeps Jacob tied up and still gags him to spend the night bound. He tickles a little more and leaves his little step-brother totally immobilized on the bed. However, Jacob breaks free and surprises Jesse. Now it's Jesse who's all tied up on the bed getting his feet tickled.
