Jesse knows that the dark and deserted park is Adam's way home. Adam walk smoking and wearing full leather and that makes Jesse want to show that he's the alpha leather boy of the region. So after giving Adam a beating, he duct tapes Adam to a pole so he can spend the night there thinking about what happened and who is the boss now.
