She lights up a Marlborough Lite 100, and smokes it while inflating a 22 inch beachball. Deep inhales and hot exhales, Adele loves being asked to smoke on camera. Once the ball is big and full, she burns it with the cigarette. After each hole is created, Adele plugs it, adds more air, just so that she can do it all again, at least till she runs out of fingers to plug the holes!
