Mum (Chloe) told her girls (Chinchin and Mariko) they could try smoking. So they got excited and started trying, but didn’t do too well until Mum showed up and began teaching them. They had been asking Mum to give them makovers so she does each girl while coaching them in how to develop a "grown up" smoking style.
