Four quite big, ripe lemon fruits are building a line on a long transparent foil. This foil has been placed to protect the wooden floor against that mass of juice that Zoey will grind out of them with her bare feet. And here she goes - walking around and in between them. Watch and hear the foil adhering and being detracted from her obviously slightly humid and soft soles. In her second and third round she starts to touch the lemons with her sweet toes, rolling them back and forth under her perfectly shaped arches. Then we have round number 4 - the juicy round. Lemon 1 - squished under heel. Fruit 2 - pre-pressed under the arch - then also flattened under heel - but much slower and louder than the first one. Number 3 receives a quick heel squish - the last one is simply - arch-pressed. Of course - each lemon gets a complete flattening and under-sole straining after its initiation crush. All done so slowly, so powerfully - so satisfying!
