Mandi quit smoking a few weeks ago, but today she had a few cigarettes, and it really irritated her throat and lungs. She is coughing up mucus and phlegm, and making lots of gross hocking sounds to get all the phlegm up out of her throat. She spits loogies out on to the floor, and keeps coughing and hocking up more junk and spitting it all out on the floor. At the end you get a nice shot of the brownish discolored phlegm that she has been hocking up and spitting all over the floor.
