In this custom video, I am stuck with a snotty stuffy nose after a long sneezing session. The best way to fix that is plugging one nostril at a time and blowing. Snot rocket style. WHen things gets a bit plugged up, i blast out a couple more sneezes to get the juices, or rather the mucus flowing. Then to really clear out my nasal passages i draw up as much spit and phlegm as i can by hocking up loogies deep from my lungs. It always feels so good to clear out all the snotty thick phlegm and mucus.
