I love my neti! It can get a bit messy though, so i find it's best when i do it completely naked. I love feeling the warm salt water rush into one side of my nasal passage and bursting out of the other side! Not only does the neti flush out my nose perfectly, but if i do it just right, i can get the water to suck out of my nasal passages, down my throat and clear out all the phlegm so that I can spit it out. Whats not to love about naked neti?!
