Well the first nostril feels great now! But i must clear the other one!! After filling up the neti once again with warm salty water, i the spout into my other nostril, tip my head and let the work its magic. water and snot out of the other nostril as i pour, the fluid pours out of my nostril and runs down my tank top. Over and over again i snort out the fluid in between pours which really drenches my top. ALL in the name of easy breathing and making you smile;)
