ALl stuffed up and ready to flood my nasal passages with some nice warm nose tea! a little sea salt and warm water and im ready to go! It feels so good to wedge the tip of the tea pot into my nostril, tilt my head, and let the liquid run into one nostril, up my nasal passage and out the other nostril! SOmetimes the liquid even drains down into my throat causing my to spit out the warm salty snotty mixture. I cant wait to do the other nostril...stay tuned for part 2~
