As a female officer we often have to overcome men who are bigger and stronger than us in the field. I'm here today in my dojo to demonstrate exactly how easy it is if you know where to hit.

I do multiple demonstrations of all of my techniques in this video. The first thing we cover is getting out of a front attack with a simple hard knee to your suspects testicles.
