Sofia's little friend told her that he's gotten a gift for her, and wants her to guess what it is, while blindfolded. Taking these large sacked balls in her hand she plays around with different ideas of what it could be. Squeezing hard to see if they'll burst or punching them to see if they make a sound. She's giving his poor nuts non stop carnage, then finally takes her blindfold off.

She tells him that she kind of figured that it was his testicles this whole time, and that he was asking for it. She punches his nuts some more times and leaves him to his agony.
