Lilith is a realtor who's showing a house to potential renters Bri and Rose. However, the house was supposed to be vacant. Lilith notices suspicious bag of shoots and finds that the preview - and supposedly evicted previous tenant was still inside.

Upon confronting the uninvited brooding man about the bag and its contents, things take a very unexpected turn.
