Rick's chilling in the apartment common area when his good friend, Savannah, walks up. She noticed him saying goodbye to a Macy, a woman he's seeing, as she was walking in.

Savannah has known Rick a long time and understands his obsession with woman being all "natural". She tells Rick that she believes that not all of Marcy's appearance is real.
