My socks are stuck to my sweaty feet after being bundled up in my thickest boots all day long. I pull the black boots off gratefully, letting out a sigh as the cool air hits my smooth soles. I flex my arches, showing you how you can see my painted toes and deep wrinkles through the thin white socks. When I finally peel the dampened socks off, my long toes slide against each other with ease from the wetness that covers them.
