Roxanne wears a pair of high heel boots with the heels worn down to the steel tips she then wears a pair of high heel shoes with steel heels then she tramples all over his head POV style in a pair of pink metallic shoes then she steps all over his head with her black sparkly peep toe shoes, she doesn't just step on his head she is bouncing up and down on it with all of her body weight she is really going out to hurt him, one of her shoes or a her boots cuts his head but this doesn't phase her as she bouncing and stepping on him.
