Samantha is wearing black shiny high heel shoes and walks back and fourth over her victims chest and stomach, he flips over and she steps full weight all over his head, half way into the clip she then changes her shoes to a pair of high heel sandals that show all of her pretty feet then she continues to step all over his body and does some squatting mothions to try and hurt him that little bit more, he then flips over and she then tramples full weight with all of her body weight she then bounces up and down and kind of jumps on his head.
